About us

Asian Media and Cultural Association is a regional non-governmental, non-profit network of editors, media executives and leading journalists in Asia.(Specially in south Asia ) . The organization is a network of media professionals in Asia aims to create a bridge between international media activities and the media developments in the region. AMCA  headquarters  is in Sri Lanka and has national committees is India , Bangladesh , Nepal , and Pakistan.

AMCA is Promoting literature, defending freedom of expression around the Asia since 2015 and its global community of members now spans more than 20 countries. its  campaigns, events, publications and programmes aim to connect writers and readers wherever they are in the world.

AMCA actively cooperates with international, regional and national governmental and non-governmental organizations and institutions. AMCA also actively cooperates with other international press freedom and media organization’s, and it supports and participates in joint regional and international projects and activities.
